OMG! "Yvonne" said this is for a subscription to an adult web-site and was done at 5:45 am! I am never up at that time of day, in ANY time zone! I was given the chance to "decline the transaction" and given a confirmation# but it could take from to 15 business days for the money to be returned to my account. "If you speak to your bank about this, you need to tell them you have declined the transaction and asked for a refund. Otherwise you will receive the refund twice and that is illegal". um...wasn't taking my money without my authorization illegal! You can bet your sweet a$$ I'll be at the bank as soon as they open to have it taken care of on their end. If I end up getting the refund 2 times, I'll return one to them or better yet, wait for them to try and prosecute me!

Someone named Janice Miller called me asking for my brother-in-law's neice whom I don't personally know and have never met. "Janice" knew my full name, the neice's full name and my brother-in-laws parents name. When I asked why they were contacting me I was told that I was listed as a contact person for her and they needed to speak with her right away for a pending court case. It didn't add up.
I googled, Outlook porblems, and this phone number came up, 877-617-9699. It was very noisy in the background and a man with a thick middle eastern accent ask me to log in to www.ammyy.com so he can look at my screen. He asked me strange questions about my computer. Put me on hold to talk to his Supervisor. Then came back to tell me not to move the mouse. And asked me more questions about how long i've had this problem. Questions that did not seem to pretain to my outlook problems. I told him I needed to call him back but he said I could not do so. I quickly hung up and restarted my computer.
